Downtown Minneapolis Skyline
Gresser has helped to shape the Minneapolis Skyline as it has developed over the decades.
This photo shows Gresser's progress on the (1) 34-story Target Head-Quarters Building South Plaza for client, Ryan Companies US, Inc. Ryan was also our client on (2) Target Plaza North and (3) US Bank, Piper Jaffray's 32-story Class A office tower.
In 1991, Gresser installed the brick and stone on the (4) 27-story Hilton and Towers for client, Kraus-Anderson Construction, Minneapolis Div. and in 1971 Gresser set all of the granite on Minneapolis' still tallest building, (5) the IDS Tower's Crystal Court Atrium. |

Hilton Hotels and Towers
Minneapolis' grandest and largest hotel wears Gresser brick and stone on its classically styled facade. Gresser received an early-completion bonus from client, Kraus-Anderson Construction. This successful colaboration led to more than 50 Gresser/Kraus-Anderson projects in the ensuing decade. |
