Target Corporation Distribution Center
This photo shows the footprint of the 1.5 million SF Target Distribution Center in Cedar Falls, IA. Gresser crews set several company records on this project including 1,460 LF of footing placed in one day and a 57,960 SF single day, slab-on-grade pour. The project's floor system utilized some 30,000 Cubic Yards of proprietary low-shrinkage Gresser Concrete mix designs that resulted in virtually no cracking or curling of the slabs. |

truck parking area of 432,000 sf with 9 inch concrete and a car parking area of
100,000 sf with 5 inch concrete.
