The first ever design-build project completed for the state of Minnesota, client, Ryan Companies US, Inc. hand-picked the most capable specialty contractors to complete this schedule intense, high-profile structure due to a $6.5 million late completion penalty. The result was a highly successful first-class quality project delivered months ahead of schedule, dubbed the "Miracle on Robert Street" by the Revenue Commissioner. Gresser received a personal commendation from Ryan CEO, James R. Ryan that hangs on our office wall today for our role in this project's success. |
