ADC World Headquarters
The demanding fast-track schedule and quality requirements of this design-build project required intense colaboration between architects, HGA, general contractor, Kraus-Anderson Bldg Div. and Gresser. The result was an open-book cost plus project creating an open and trusting delivery system for owner, ADC Telecommunications and a beautiful project completed ahead of schedule. |

ADC World Headquarters
This million SF plus corporate campus in Eden Prairie, MN involved more than 75 Gresser Craftsmen for more than a year. The result; this $12 million design-build, negotiated project came in on time and under budget resulting in significant savings to the owner as Gresser brought the project in under its guaranteed maximum price to client, Kraus-Anderson Construction, Building Division. |

Cast-in-place decorative concrete columns (note vertical and horizontal chamfer channels in columns) and the use of exposed aggregate and plain grey concrete accent this Class A office space. Exposed concrete floors and decorative sidewalks are used throughout this massive project highlighting the need for Gresser Quality. |

This 300,000 SF project plus parking ramp consisted of more than 4,000 CY of light-weight concrete, some of which was pumped more than 100 meters, and extensive use of decorative stone and a massive cast-in-place fireplace visable through the massive glass atrium facing the 494 Loop on the Twin Cities' South Side. |

US Bank / Piper Jaffray Tower
Post-tension parking ramp slab in progress at the base of this 34 story high rise office tower. Gresser was entrusted to place and finish all horizontal concrete on this schedule intensive project. Gresser teamed with client Ryan Companies to place more than one million square feet of light-weight concrete on metal deck ahead of schedule, on budget and with no lost time injuries. |
